Keith and Sara met at Santa Monica High School . Though no romantic sparks were kindled as teens, being recruited by rival universities, UCLA and USC, was all they needed to get the fire started. Now married for over fifteen years, they have two wonderful boys and live in the Dallas area.

Keith and Sara speak together in a number of different settings; corporations, universities, churches, athletic conferences, marriage seminars and youth leadership rallies and prisons. They have several dynamic, high energy presentations that are fun and highly effective. They capitalize on their life experiences as athletes, educators, parents and business owners to communicate success principles in team work, overcoming adversity, having a winning attitude and much more!

As one of the top sprinters in the state of California , Sara ran her way onto the national track and field scene with some of the most decorated sprinters of our time. Her teammates included Olympic gold medallists Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Gail Devers and FloJo. She was recruited to UCLA by one of track and field’s most successful coaches Bob Kersee. Under his training, Sara was recognized as a top athlete becoming an NCAA All-American sprinter.

Professionally, Sara has traveled to internationally to Europe , Africa and South America . As a speaker her domestic portfolio spans across the entire United States .

With a degree in English, Sara has a unique method of articulating her life experiences as a teacher, athlete, fitness professional, coach, world traveler, mother and wife. She is a woman who embraces adventure. In every message, she motivates, inspires and challenges her audience to live life with no regrets by maximizing each moment.
