USC Rose Bowl Champion, New York Giants
HIS HUMBLE ACADEMIC and ATHLETIC JOURNEY:
Before achieving such recognized academic and athletic success, Keith Davis had to fight through great adversity and struggle. He was born in the rough inner city of Los Angeles, and was a struggling remedial reading student who attended 19 different schools before graduating from high school. He had lost his father to suicide by the time he was 4 years old. Drug abuse was very real in his extended family, and his mother struggled with many personal issues. She was also in and out of various abusive relationships. This situation caused Keith to have to learn how to deal with the very real issue of domestic violence at a very young age.
Perseverance, determination, and faith became a focal point of Keith's life. He truly began to understand at a young age what it meant to have a clear and defined 'VISION' for his education, his life, and his future.
Through unwavering hard work, commitment, faith, and the help of others, Keith's life made a dramatic "U-Turn". His motto that he now declares around the world is "no matter what has happened in the 1st half of your life, we can all have a great 2nd half".
Keith ended up being the first one in his family to graduate from college and received the most prestigious academic honor given each year at USC, 'The Howard Jones Academic Achievement Award'. Also, after finishing his Finance Degree at the USC School of Business, Keith was formally inducted into one of the University of a Southern California's most prestigious honor societies.
He was also given the prestigious Toyota Leadership Award, as well as the prestigious USC/ Los Angeles Community Leadership Award for his involvement with mentorship in the community.
Although Keith's pro football career was cut short because of a serious injury, he has not slowed down nor missed a step.
He is currently the founder and CEO of a global outreach Organization called Winners Incorporated.
He has travelled the globe visiting schools, universities, corporations, military bases, orphanages, homeless shelters, prisons, and juvenile centers, loving and helping people. Keith's greatest investment is investing in people. People are important, people are valuable. His mission is to help, heal, inspire, and motivate people. He strives to help people unlock the true greatness that lies within them, and become all that they were designed and destined to become.
Keith Davis is the loving father of two wonderful sons, and a committed husband to his beautiful wife and partner of many years, Sara, whom he has known since high school.
